Tom is an incredibly talented individual. He led a short programme for senior Prison Governors at the African Prison's Project. He was skillfully able to tap into their concerns, their motivations and their cultural context (Kenya and Uganda) and weave this through the programme. Not only does Tom truly believe in the difference his work is making, he is an absolute joy to work alongside!

I met Tom at a very early stage of my leadership, career; Tom effectively helped me define my work-life balance, and learn different ways to make the same possible for the team in my charge. With Tom, there are no impossibilities, but opportunities for growth and doing things differently.
